I began my Yogic journey with the study of Martial Arts. I learned at a young age the benefits of pranayama and dharana meditation as means of calming the mind while fighting. As my practice matured, so did my study of the Eight Limbs. After taking up the practice of the asnas, and finding the immense benefit they have on the body and mind, I could not help but to share them with the world.
In my class you will use your breath to guide the journey into your body and mind. Moving at a slow and controlled pace, you will break through the preconceived limitations of your ability and find the union of the body, mind, and spirit.
