Cheri Rae: founder of peace yoga gallery

cheri.jpg

Cheri Rae fell in love with yoga in 1987 and has been sharing this joy ever since. Her practice is rooted in the traditional ashtanga and hatha yoga lineages.

Cheri's sense of humor makes yoga accessible to everyone, and she strives for her students to be entertained and inspired by her passionate, magical approach.

I love you, body; I am a bazillionaire; I am a sexy, hot piece of ass!
— Cheri Rae

Cheri Rae wants to remind her students that we are all one, emphasizing intimacy in practice. Under her direction, Cheri's students have discovered that: yoga is the science of peace, yoga equals self-love, self-love equals inner peace, and inner peace equals global peace.

You can find Cheri Rae at peace yoga gallery in Downtown Los Angeles, where through the discipline of yoga, a community of yogis has found an oasis and place of refuge from the challenges of modern life. Work in, not out, at peace yoga gallery.

more about peace yoga gallery: healers, events, teacher trainings

Bruce Wulach, Healer

Bruce is a gifted healer who has over five decades of experience in bodywork. He grew into his practice as a massage therapist and healer by traveling with bands during the '60s and '70s — offering his services along the way.

Bruce treats patients using active isolated stretching, deep tissue massage, and bone alignment. He also provides guidance as a nutritionist, herbalist, and life coach with an emphasis on longevity.

Shelly, Healer

Shelly is a licensed massage therapist who studied at the National Holistic Institute in Studio City, California. She grew up loving to offer massages to family members and friends, but her gifts became more apparent after she was injured on the job and could not return to work.

After her accident, Shelly deepened her studies in the healing arts, learning to heal herself and others. She offers a deep knowledge of anatomy and various healing modalities.

In conjunction with yoga, food, art, and music, patrons at peace yoga gallery can feel supported by a host of additional offerings to help them find balance in a chaotic world.

The studio is visited regularly by a team of healers and bodywork practitioners, which are available to bolster students on their journeys. Teacher training programs are available for yogis who wish to deepen their practices and lead classes.

Additionally, plant medicine retreats are provided on a semi-regular basis. Check Instagram for the latest offerings that can help support your practice.
