peacePole is an inclusive space where individuals of all backgrounds, bodies and abilities can experience the benefits of pole dancing as a form of fitness, self-expression, and enjoyment. We are committed to promoting physical & mental wellbeing through empowered movement, healthy lifestyle & community engagement. 

Class descriptions:

1 hr & includes flexibility, mobility, strength, skills and flow sequences

Intro & Beginner- designed for those with little to no pole experience to provide an empowering path to new strength, skill & confidence

PoleGa- therapeutic combination of Pole & Yoga that focuses on healing and experiencing mind body connection

All Levels- choreography class that utilizes dance technique, pole skills & self expression in a fun and dynamic way. Tricks included will have options for beginner to more advanced

Elli is a performer & instructor with extensive experience in the world of movement. With a versatile skill set that includes aerial arts, pole, acrobatics, yoga, dance and fitness, she has enriched the lives of countless individuals with her knowledge and skill across the US and abroad. She holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Yoga Alliance and a BA in Fine Art from the University of Ulster. Elli is excited to impart her understanding of the body & her love of pole to facilitate healing, strength and expression.
