Hatha Yoga- is the AWARENESS of breath. It is a slower practice where you'll hold poses longer than you would in a flow-style yoga class. This means it's a great practice for beginners and for people who want a more gentle activity that can help reduce stress & create mind-body awareness.
Roll & Relax- HEAVEN. Dive into your breath while rolling on a myofascial release ball, rolling out ALL pain....floating in peace wanting more.
DIVINE Hatha & Ashtanga- A dynamic, breath-centered class that blends the steady alignment of Hatha with the flowing rhythm of Ashtanga. Expect a balanced practice of mindful holds, fluid sequences, and intentional breath work—building strength, flexibility, and inner focus while leaving you grounded and energized.
Expand Hatha Yoga- Continue your practice of breath awareness with longer held poses to strengthen mind, body & spirit connection.
Gentle Yoga & Soundhealing- Slow, supportive movements and long, restful holds are paired with mindful breathing to release tension and invite ease. As you settle into stillness, a soothing sound bath of healing tones and vibrations washes over you—guiding you into a state of deep relaxation, balance, and inner peace.
Magic Friday- Class begins with 40 mins of myofascial release YAMUNA balls- HEAVEN ON EARTH- into 20 mins hatha yoga, then 20 mins partner massage (FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY)
Manifestation Station Sunday- An all level class that will ease you out of the previous week and set you up for the next. Gentle flow that gradually builds to warm the body and ends with a 15 minute sound bath. Option to bring pen and paper for personal reflection/manifestations.

Cheri Rae fell in love with yoga in 1987 and has been sharing this joy ever since. Her practice is rooted in the traditional Ashtanga and Hatha yoga lineages. Cheri's mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone. She wants to remind her students that we are all one, emphasizing intimacy in practice. Cheri Rae strives to inspire and engage her students with her passionate, playful, and magical approach. In 2025 she fell in love with the pole as a modality for healing & connection. Cheri is founder of Peace Yoga Gallery & co-founder of peacePole and teaches PolGa to all levels.
Allyse Aramouni believes that yoga is an individual practice in a group setting. By focusing on alignment and breath her goal is to get students out of their heads and into their bodies. All are welcome in this class as Allyse is excited to share all the benefits yoga has to offer. <3
Erin Burgard sees each class is an art - yoga and breath as the dance, and poetry, storytelling or music as the inspiration. Erin is trained in Hatha & Vinyasa style classes and teaches with an intense focus on intention and movement through the breath. Hands-on assists to deepen the postures or improve alignment and end-of-class śavāsana massages will be given to each student that wants them.
